4:00 pm: Beginner Q&A (all racers welcome)

5:30 am: Transition Area Opens
5:30 am - 6:45 am: Packet Pick Up
6:45 am: Transition Closes. All bikes must be in the Transition Area
7:15 am: Duathlon Start & Olympic Swim Start
8:00 am: Sprint Swim Start

Post Race Activities

Stick around for complimentary food and drinks and cheer on award winners! Awards will be distributed as soon as possible following each event at the Brown Forman Amphitheater. There will be a timing kiosk generating results. As soon as results are official, racers will have the option of picking up their award from the award / food tent if they cannot stay for the official award distribution ceremony.
