Join us for our newest adventure in coastal Alabama... the Perdido Beach Resort Half Marathon, Fun Run & 5k Run is now on our race calendar for March 2nd of 2024!

This event benefits the Jennifer Claire Moore Foundation. The Foundation was named in honor and memory of Jennifer Claire Moore, a 16 year old high school student who lost her life to suicide in 1997. Jennifer’s family wanted to enable all young people to have access to assistance, understanding, and positive reinforcement when they needed it. In the hope that something good could develop from the tragic circumstances of her passing, her family founded the Jennifer Claire Moore Foundation in 1998. The Foundation now provides Youth Mental Health First Aid training to adults working with adolescents as well as provides an at-risk prevention and peer support program, Peer Helpers PLUS, to 53 schools equipping nearly 37,000 students with coping and life skills.

We look forward to working with event host Perdido Beach Resort, Gulf Shores | Orange Beach Sports & Events, and the City of Orange Beach to kick start a new coastal run tradition. Early March is a great time to visit the Alabama Gulf Coast and enjoy a beautiful event setting at this piece of paradise in Orange Beach. Conveniences are the name of the game when you plan to stay where you race, at the amazing Perdido Beach Resort.

Choose from a Half Marathon, a 5k or the "Moore Miles One Mile Fun Run". This event has something for everyone.
