We are excited to return to our host city, Montgomery, Alabama for our 6th year of the Capital of Dreams Triathlon. The event starts our triathlon season off and hopefully yours!  This race location has everything you could dream of for a race. The host hotel is only steps away from transition, tons of restaurants within walking distance, and a beautiful location to swim, bike, and run! Not ready for the whole thing? We have options for Relay Teams, Aquabike or CycloRun.

Capital of Dreams Sprint Triathlon hosts USAT AL High School State Championship

High school athletes wanting to participate in the Alabama State High School Championships should register for the Capital of Dreams Sprint Triathlon and select “AL High School Championship” under Category during registration.  All High School State Championships are held as part of larger age-group triathlons in each state.

To be eligible for the Alabama State High School Championships athletes must be high school students in the state of Alabama.  All AL High School Championship athletes will be grouped together in transition and for the time trial swim start. Awards will be presented for top 3 male and top 3 female AL high school athletes.  Athletes competing in the AL High School Championship will also be eligible for overall and age group awards.
