Welcome to the Mountain Lakes Triathlon!

Don't miss our fastest sprint triathlon in beautiful Guntersville, AL. This race has become the favorite for participants from Beginners to the Elite due to the flat, fast course, great post-race pool side party, and of course the infamous tie-dye shirts and beach towels!

The city of Guntersville definitely gives racers a warm welcome with great community support from local police & emergency management and from local volunteer groups including the Guntersville Rescue Squad, Guntersville Seniors, High School Band and Band Boosters, Canoe and Kayak club and the Parks & Recreation Department.

We do expect this race to sell out early, so be sure to register prior to the week of the race. We also encourage racers to pick up race packets on Friday night if possible.

2010 Junior Development Series

Team Magic is honored to be part of the USAT Junior Development Series - come out and see the up and coming triathlon stars! The age categories in the series are 13-15 and 16-19. Our Buster Britton Triathlon in June is also part of the series and serves as the regional qualifier where the 16-19 age group wins a slot on Team USA for Sprint Worlds, with slots rolling down to second place only. The Music City Sprint Triathlon on July 25th is also part of the series.
