Race overview in transition area. 7:00 am Swim Start begins by participant race number 12:00 pm All racers must be finished with the race. For those that have already received this, please note the information in item 9. below. Thanks! Welcome to the 1st Annual Alabama Coastal Triathlon! We are so happy to have you racing with us at this inaugural event. Please tell your friends that online registration does close at midnight on Wednesday night if they want to pre-register. There will be registration at the race site from 12:30 pm - 5:30 pm on Saturday and race morning from 5:30 am - 6:30 am. If you cannot complete the race, please turn your chip in at this location. 6. Wrist Bands: We will be placing a wrist band on each racer when you pick up your race packet. This wrist band is your "full access" pass to all areas of race weekend that are limited to racers, race staff, and race officials. Please keep this band on for identification purposes. Swim Start: You will start based on your race number which was assigned based on your estimated swim time you turned in with your registration. You should have entered a swim time when you registered. If for any reason you feel you did not enter a swim time or you need to make a change, you can do so online yourself until midnight tonight. After that time, race numbers will be assigned so there will be no changing of swim time/race number.
