STtrainer will be offering a new 5-week triathlon training group specifically oriented to beginner triathletes and those looking to learn the Fundamentals of the Triathlon. Triathlon Level 1 training plans focus on Team Magic events in Tennessee.

These are advanced multisport training groups. Triathlon Level 2 focus on advanced triathlon training with higher intensity bricks, transition technique, open water swimming, and competitive strategy for Olympic distance through Ironman triathlon. Navy Seals focuses on the swimming, running, and strength training components that any triathlete needs to master, and offers the convenience of TWO early morning sessions per week.
Advanced Multisport Training Groups focus on Chattanooga Waterfront and Music City Triathlons, as well as your own individualized race schedule.
