We are getting excited
about celebrating our 12th year of Powerman Duathlon and the Whistlestop
Duathlon. Awesome goodies await
Powerman racers - in addition to the SockGuy race logo socks, Powerman
Alabama racers will receive a Polar Insulated Bike Bottle sponsored by
the Greater Birmingham Convention and Visitor's Bureau and plenty of
other goodies from Hammer Nutrition and other sponsors. The
Whistlestop Duathlon features the always excellent product awards by
event sponsor Bike Link.

We are adding a morning of community events
on Saturday this year, including:
Drenched 8k run
PowerMiler Competitive One Mile Run -
$500 total cash purse for top 3 men and women!
Irondale Community One Mile Fun Run/Walk
Irondale Presidential Fitness Mile Run for
Kids
PowerKids Duathlon.
So, bring the family - there is definitely
