PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CHANGES MUST BE COMPLETED BY WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 3rd AT MIDNIGHT!!

Our online registration system was specifically designed so racers could edit their own information to insure it is accurate first-hand. It is very simple to manage. Many racers use the edit function to change estimated swim times as they progress with their training.

You can change all race-specific information: T-Shirt size, swim time, announcer information, class and relay team members

How to make a change:
1. Log on to http://team-magic.rd20.com/
2. Be sure to have your registration confirmation code accessible
3. Choose: Participant | Questions/Update Registration from the menu bar
4. Once you log on you can edit your personal information from the Manage Account link | then Manage Profile(if you entered the event by mail, you may have to create a login)

If you are NOT racing and want to cancel your registration, please follow the link below to make registration changes - you can request your race packet also.

Important Reminders:
All Team Magic events are timed using IPCO chip timing. These chips and straps are the property of Team Magic Inc. You will receive a racing chip during packet pick up. If you lose or do not return the chip and strap you will be charged a $35 replacement fee. An additional $1 a day fee is added for any chip not returned after 7 days. Volunteers will be at the finish line to help collect all chips.

Team Magic events have a NO REFUND policy.

You have two options. ONE: A credit for 50% of the race registration fee will be offered until TWENTY ONE DAYS prior to the race date in question. TWO: You can request your race packet for the race in question up until the opening of late registration on race weekend. After that time, your packet will no longer be available.

In order to request your race packet, click 'Questions / Update Registration' on the Participants menu and enter your Event Confirmation Code from your receipt. After clicking 'Next' you will have an option for 'Cancel Registration'. Race registrations are non-transferable.
