Team Magic is proud to support this great cause spearheaded by Nashville area triathlete Chad Nikazy. The charity’s work will result in thousands of running shoes being donated by Triathletes from across the United States and distributed by a number of partners in places like the Kibera slum in downtown Nairobi, Sudan, and Uganda. Please remember to bring your old running shoes to donate to this cause at the following Team Magic events this season: Cedars of Lebanon Triathlon, Mountain Lakes Triathlon, Old Hickory Lake Triathlon, and Music City Triathlon. Remember to bring your children’s shoes as well, as they will be donated to orphanages throughout Africa. They will be collecting shoes before, during, and after each event. For more information on this program, click HERE. “Team Magic is thrilled to have the opportunity to assist Triathletes for Africa in this charitable endeavor,” said Faye Yates at the Team Magic, Inc Nashville office. “We applaud those who are involved in this effort and thank them for including us at the grass roots level. It is our pleasure to connect the participants at our events with Triathletes for Africa.” Thanks so much for racing with Team Magic! Have a great race - Therese Bynum and Faye Yates - Team Magic, Inc.
